College Park Industries is a leader in the design, manufacturing and sales of high quality prosthetic feet and is recruiting for a part-time Mainentance Technician, who is primarily responsible for cleaning the facility – bathrooms, trash removal, vacuuming, picking up trash from outside, cleaning windows. This person must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds and be mechanically inclined. This position is part time, requiring 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, four (4) hours a day, between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM – there is some flexibility with this. May be needed on some weekends. May be required to assist at times in the production area. (Must be eligible to work in the U.S. – sponsoring for visas not available at this time). Range is $14-15.
Job Description
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Achieve sales targets and stretch targets, while keeping expenses as low as possible. Develop and adhere to a routing plan that includes all existing customers in your territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out day to day requests of the supervisor/leader.
- Keep facility clean- bathrooms, trash removal, vacuuming, picking up trash from outside, cleaning windows.
- Must be able to shovel snow and putting down salt on sidewalks when icy.
- Refill supplies in restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Be timely for your scheduled shifts.
- Ensure your area/tools are neatly cleaned and organized at the end of each shift.
- May assist in production area at times.
- Assist with luncheons provide to employees – setting up and cleaning up.
- Assists with shredding accounting documents.
- May handle some driving.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lift items up to 30 pounds or heavier
- Good with hands, and tools
- Forklift experience helpful, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license required
